This self-paced CertPREP Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® course is focused on specific educational and experience attributes. There is a connection to the Project Management Institute (PMI) definitions and expectations for understanding of topics. The CAPM concept areas are traditional project management fundamentals: product life cycles and approaches to delivering project value using adaptive, predictive and hybrid approaches: and the role of business analysis in project management.
